Limbaugh: Michael J. Fox Exploited Disease

Looks like Michael J. Fox didn’t take his Parkinson’s medication the day he shot this campagin commercial and old Rush can’t resist pointing out Fox’s obvious symptoms. Would you expect any less? OK, I’ve never seen Michael J. Fox shake like that either. But of course I have no political agenda in pointing that out. Rush’s entire career is about his political agenda, which is why Rush accusing Fox of playing up his Parkinson’s seems kind of, well, low. But yeah, Fox sure is shaking alot in that commercial, no doubt about it (click above link and scroll down to see video). Well, Fox is understandably invested in embryonic stem cell reseach funding. So why not lay it all out there? Awhile back, when Fox testified before congress, he purposely didn’t take his meds to show what it was like to have Parkinson’s. The difference is Fox announced to congress and the nation that he didn’t take his meds to make a point. He didn’t do that for the campaign commercial. Perhaps he should have. Perhaps Rush should have just tactfully pointed out this discrepancy. Perhaps monkeys will fly out of my butt.

So there it is. An actor with Parkinson’s in full shake, and a junkie radio host willing to point it out. You can’t really blame Rush. Maybe he’s feeling the effects of not taking his meds… Oh, and don’t forget, Rush (Don’t you like how I use his first name? Kind of like Saddam.) needs to find more and more ways to distract his listeners from what is shaping up to be the all-time worst Republican administration in the history of the United States, not to mention a congressional leadership that is about to undergo a major shift. Ouch! Give a painkiller addict a break…
